Ian Davidson Chartered Surveyor (“IDCS”) employs members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Under the Rules of Conduct of these professional organisations, IDCS is required to operate a Complaints Handling Procedure.
If you are dissatisfied or you wish to make a complaint about services you have received you should contact Ian Davidson Chartered Surveyor, 16 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2DY. An acknowledgement of receipt will be provided within 7 days, and a full response provided within 28 days.
If, as the complainant, you are still not satisfied with our service after the last stage of our in-house complaint procedure (or more than eight weeks has elapsed since your complaint was first made) then you can take the matter up, without charge, with:
